From Pentagram to Pyramid

This image compares the map to the pyramid cross-section. As you can see, the angles of Pennsylvania and Potomac Avenues, pretty well match those of the Ascending and Descending Passages in the pyramid. The crooked line runing south from the Capitol Building is part of the canal, which was removed after the War Between the States. Note the plaza adjoining the the canal, which maps to the "grotto" in the "well-shaft" in the pyramid.

Here is an image featuring the Pyramid merged with the DC map. This was done by matching the point of the releiving stones above the KC with Scott Circle, and the junction point of the ascending and descending passages with the intersection of Penn. and Potomac Ave's.

We see the Entrance of the Pyramid (30 feet up on the North Face) maps to a landing on the East Branch of the Potomac River; the Descending Passage coincides closely with Potomac Avenue; the Canal is close to the Shaft, while G Street is right at Ground level, and the Grotto has a counter-part there as well; the Ascending Passage and Grand Gallery follow Pennsylvannia Avenue, including the Great Step; the King's Chamber matches the White House, and the Washington Monument the Queen's Chamber.

We have no way of knowing what may lie under the Potomac River that would coincide with the Subterranean Chamber.
